Half Section with two center pivots has good access on FM 281 six miles east of Sunray. The farm is approximately 89% Sherman A soil with some acreage in the south quarter being a shallow playa. A Reinke center pivot (approximately 1994) is located on the north quarter and an older Valley center pivot is on the south quarter. Both pivots have 60 drops and are nozzled for 600 GPM each according to the owner. Two wells are on the north quarter and are equipped with natural gas engines and turbine pumps with the wells reportedly producing 600 gpm and 200 gpm.
