The terrain is remarkably diverse for South Texas and ranges from thick native brush, to cultivated fields, to century oak lined Frio River bottom. The ranch has been subject to a great management campaign for the last 30+ years and consistently produces excellent whitetail deer, rio grande turkey, and a healthy population of quail.
LOCATION: Located only 1+/- hour south of San Antonio, 1.4 miles West of I-35, just 5.5 miles north of Dilley.
