Water is supplied by 3 wells (2 electric 1 diesel) and the south parcels are in the Orland Artois Water District. Two wells have 125 HP electric turbines, and one well has a 200 HP gear head with diesel engine. Irrigation is via micro-jet sprinklers.

240 acres M/L planted in 1996 1/2 Nonpareil 1/4 Butte 1/8 Sonora 1/16 Carmel 1/16 Padre on Lovell rootstock the spacing is 22 X 18.

The 79 acre M/L block planted in 2019 is Independance on Krymsk rootstock spacing is 23 X 14.
