approximately 15 miles south of Clayton, New Mexico on Hwy. 402 to the Thomas Highway (Hwy 562) thence 3 miles west to Gardner Road (County Road 064).
Gardner Road is an all-weather caliche road which proceeds south from the Thomas Hwy. for one mile to the northwest corner of the property and continuing south for one mile along the west boundary of section 5 thence east for one mile along the south boundary of section 5 and proceeding on south from that point.
From the northwest corner of the property an all-weather caliche road proceeds east from Gardner Road to the northeast corner of section 5.
From the northeast corner of section 5 there is a county maintained road of dirt construction proceeding south between section 5 and section 4 for one mile and intersecting Gardner Road at the southeast corner of section 5.
4. Livestock water is furnished from a 72,000 gallon, overhead, open-top steel water tank which is piped to 12 ft. rubber-tire, drinking tubs on each circle of the property and is also piped to the working pens.
The virtually new state-of-the-art steel, working pens are located on the south side of section 5 between circles two and three just off Gardner Road (all-weather, caliche).
There is a large earthen dam built near the center point of section 5 which is filled by rain water and also is for livestock water.
