Grain Handling Site

Grain handling site located adjacent to railroad in Andover, SD. Approximately 100,000 bushel capacity with a 2013 Neko D1680 dryer (propane or natural gas). Dryer does 1000 bushels per hour at 21% moisture and has a vacuum cleaner which delivers screenings into a 10,000 bushel flat storage building. Two wet bins (20,000 bu. & 15,000 bu.) feed the dryer. Also includes three other steel bins (2 - 20,000 bu. & 25,000 bu.). Cross auger allows access to all bins. Farm King 14122 auger unloads at approximately 4,000 bushel per hour. All bins have air floors, unload sweeps, unload 12'' inch auger systems, temperature cables, bin full indicators, 20 hp centrifugal fans and 20 elbow vents. Also includes a Grove MZ 66B Manlift for bin maintenance. Office built in 1980. Grain bins age unknown.
