From Weatherford, take Highway 180 west toward the community of Caddo in eastern Stephens County. At Caddo, turn left onto FM 717 South. Continue for approximately 5.6 miles until you reach County Road 132. Turn right onto CR 132 and follow it for 1 mile to County Road 129.

Turn right again onto CR 129, heading north for 1 mile until you see a set of yellow double steel gates with a cattle guard.

Note: These gates remain locked at all times, as County Road 129 becomes a private road beyond this point.

The main entrance to Grateful Z Ranch is just a few hundred yards past the yellow gate.

Both the outer and inner gates are equipped with keypads for easy access.

The ranch is located at the end of a dead-end road, offering exceptional privacy.
