The more I see this place, the better I like it. It has around 7 acres, with 608 feet of road frontage and is a mixture of open and wooded, with productive and well-drained slate soils. There is some creek bottom land, some side hill, along with several good home sites. And a spring which might be converted to a pond if you wished. With judicious tree removal you could enjoy some fine southern views, out and across the Mohawk Valley.

There was once a diary barn there, 38x75, and the cut limestone walls of one side still remain, as well as the cement floor. The original milkhouse is still there and usable. It is 14x18. So there must have been a good water supply there at one time. In that area are lilac and forsythia.
