The bottom portion has Brushy creek as the East boundary; it is around 70 percent open consisting of all bottom land. There is plenty of good grass, some scattered Pecan trees, and an old railroad right-of-way that would be a perfect place to feed cattle in the winter. No chance of getting stuck!
