The amenities here are truly first class, and will offer ultimate comfort & relaxation. The hand-hewn post and beam lodge boasts 4,072 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The wrap around porch, sunroom, & fine woodwork are some of the features that make this lodge hard to replicate in todays market(s). A large basement offers ample storage for hunting & fishing gear. A newly constructed pool house overlooking an incredible in-ground pool offers additional relaxation. A 40x90 equipment shelter allows for several tractors, ATVs, and additional equipment to be stored out of the weather. A large grain bin with built in auger is in place to assist with the whitetail feeding. A skinning shed is on site with walk-in cooler, as well as a complete brick BBQ pit. Lastly, around the corner from the main lodge area sits newly constructed guest cabins with a mini lodge for gathering & dining. The mini lodge offers a large common area with fireplace & commercial kitchen inside. In between the cabins & mini lodge is an outdoor fireplace area to gather around after days afield. The roads have been recently rocked & the creek crossings have had new pipes installed, further enhancing the accessibility here. The duck hunting is outstanding, with several sloughs & ox bow lakes on site. The current owner is not a turkey hunter, but turkeys can be frequently seen riding through the property and the roosting & brooding habitat is evident. Hog hunting is a given along Georgias river lands, and that is no exception here. The fishing along the Ocmulgee River is exceptional, known for having world class catfish, bass, and red breast. HISTORY:

The history here is very intriguing. The Okmulgee Indians once inhabited the land & river where Greentop Plantation now resides. The fertile river bottomland is what brought the Okmulgee Indians to this tract and those surrounding, but now this generation of land stewards are the ones who must care for and enjoy these same lands. Artifacts such as arrowheads, pottery, drills, marbles, & more have all been found by the current owners. The artifacts that still remain seemingly have no end, and there is much more to find over the years.
