One of the main features of the Grey Fox Ranch is the ranchs location in close proximity to the north parcel of the Frontier Ranch which is an asset to both ranches.
The ranch has a set of useable working pens constructed of steel pipe and sucker rod with a permanent loading/unloading chute with fences on the ranch that are average for the area.
There are five domestic water wells on the ranch equipped as follows:

2. Two wells located strategically on the ranch are equipped with submersible electric motors and pumps with solar power units.
3. A fourth well on the ranch is powered by a windmill.
4. A fifth well located on the north end of the ranch is equipped with a submersible electric motor and pump powered by electricity.
The well located on the north end of the ranch is the only one that is in use at this time.
The condition of the other four wells and pumps is currently unknown.
Deer, antelope and quail are found on the ranch and in the general area of the ranch.
Grasses on the ranch and common to the area are Blue Grama, Sideoats Grama, Tobosa, Sand Drop Seed and Sacaton with some Cedar and Mequite trees.
