Advance Notice of an excellent upcoming Grundy County Land Auction.
Land offers 380+/- Acres of Row Crop, CRP, and Timber with a homestead. This farm is a century farm and has been in the Gates Family for over 100 years.
Auction will be Friday November 20th at 10 AM at the Rock Barn North Central Missouri Fair Grounds, Oklahoma Ave, Trenton, MO 64683.
Land will be offered in three tracts separately or as a whole. Of the 380+/- total acres, 277.50+/- are FSA crop acres designated on the EZ156. 67+/- Acres are enrolled in CRP Program through 9/30/2022 paying $125.43/acre for an Annual Contract Payment of $8404.
