Guptill Farm

The Guptill Farm has a production history of small grains, sugar beets and alfalfa. The irrigated farmland is fairly level with multiple fields and is pumped from the YID canal. Pump(s) and some gated pipe will transfer with the sale. The current owner (absentee) has leased the farm to local producers for years. Access is from the highway via a maintained gravel road. The farm includes an older home in fair condition and a usable smaller shop/garage. The current tenant owns some of the gated pipe being used now. Irrigation water cost is $15/ac annually. The 2025 lease expires December 31, 2025. There is no well at the homesite. A cistern, that is cracked, was used for water in the past. Total of +/- 150 acres, Consisting of +/- 130 flood-irrigated acres, +/- 20 acres of roads, ditches, building site, etc.
