Irrigation water is ...
Irrigation water is provided by one well currently used to irrigate the Merlot vineyard. The
well is outfitted with a 138 HP diesel motor and a 200 HP gear head. The well, when drilled, was engineered to irrigate the full farmable acreage but is presently configured to efficiently irrigate the Merlot vineyard. With appropriate adjustments to the pump and filter system it is believed adequate to irrigate the property when fully developed to permanent plantings. Water quality is good.
The Harney Lane Ranch has been under the continuous ownership of one family for more than 125 years and presents a rare opportunity for buyers interested in developing a versatile property with a proven water supply. Whether the interest lies in development to permanent crops, exploring alternatives or establishing a rural estate, this ranch offers a wealth of possibilities.
