Havens Farm CRP

The Havens Farm is located in Crosby County just west of the small farm community of McAdoo. The property has owned by the same family and has been enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) for many years. The property is generally level slightly sloping to the southeast.

Soils are mainly Pullman silty clay and Randall clay. Elevations are around 3,000'. Access to the farm is provided by graded county roads.

The property is currently in it's final year of the CRP and is not currently scheduled to be re-enrolled.

RESOURCES

The seller will retain any owned mineral rights and will convey 75% of all green energy/renewable energy royalties.
