Hickory Grove Ranch

This ranch has a nice combination of an old field and a scenic rolling terrain. There are several nice building sites with great views, and a scenic wet weather creek. The front portion of the ranch is an old field that could easily be put back into production as a hay field, or for wildlife food plots. The back portion of the ranch is very private and has a nice combination of live oak trees and post oak trees, along with some nice granite outcroppings. There are several hill top building sites with panoramic views. There are some nice elevation changes and numerous unique granite outcroppings. Electrical service is in place as well as a water well. This size ranch is hard to find in an area where there are no nearby subdivision. Hunting should be excellent.
