LOCATION: San Saba County

IMPROVEMENTS: There is a hunting cabin in fair condition, a good set of corrals, and high fences in good shape. There are two wells that provide water for both livestock and wildlife.

WATER: Water under this property is excellent in quality and quantity. Both wells have electric submersible pumps.

WILDLIFE: Beautiful large ranch that has been high-fenced for years and well managed to produce superb whitetail deer. There is also numerous wild turkey, Russian and feral hogs, and a varying dove population.

TERRAIN: The ranch has hills and valleys that are rough and covered with live oak, some mesquite, and native brush. The cedar has been cut over the entire ranch. There is a large wet weather creek that traverses through the property. It provides some really scenic country, and a large population of native trees. Beautiful high flats and deep draws.
