The Seller has been annually leasing access to the southern pasture, via an access gate off the county road located in the southwest corner of the ranch. The lease has been for both duck and dove. With row crops being grown on the places south and west of the ranch, the dove and duck shooting has been reported to be lively, in season. No evidence of hog activity on the place. Any whitetail deer would most likely be found in the timber along the creek drainage.

Land
