Historic Orange Spring & Commercial Bottling Facility

The Historic Orange Spring and its Commercial Bottling Facility are situated on 67 acres in northern Marion County, Florida. The property features the Third Magnitude Spring Orange Spring, a 25,000 square foot water bottling and distribution facility, 1,150 feet of frontage on NE Hwy 315, 740 feet of frontage on CR 21, and over 2,700 feet of frontage on the south bank of Orange Spring and Orange Creek.

Orange Spring was one of Floridas first tourist attractions and is currently on the National Register of Historic Places. The property dates back to 1852 when it was known as a health resort and watering-place.

Currently, the property has a Consumptive Use Permit which allows for the harvest of up to nearly 200,000 gallons of water per day from the spring. This permit is active until 2031 and also has a renewal option.
