Billy was born and raised in Leland, Mississippi where he found a great love for the outdoors. He spent most summers working on a rice and soybean farm. In 2008, Billy received a Bachelors degree in AgriBuiness from Mississippi State University. After graduation, he worked with the USDA Risk Management Agency for 6 years in Flowood, but always knew he wanted to return home. Billy has been servicing the Mississippi Delta since 2014 as a Crop Insurance agent. He also volunteers with the Cleveland Volunteer Fire Department, where he has been a member since 2018.
