HWY 22 Hazelnut Orchard

Very well maintained new-varietal hazelnut orchard. 165 orchard-acres planted in 2019 at double-density with McDonald and Yamhill varietals.

Prior to planting the property was improved with installation of new drain tile, drip irrigation, drainage canals, new irrigation pumps and similar improvements.

Hazelnut orchard is professionally managed. Additional structures on property include an agricultural building and an older home.
