WILDLIFE

The ranch is situated on Spring Mountain, of the Boktuklo Mountain Range and is home to numerous rivers, peaks and valleys. The area is well known for Eastern Turkey, Quail, Black Bear, Waterfowl and Whitetail deer hunting.

The property borders the Three Rivers WMA which gives access to areas only accessed through the ranch. Spanning over 200,000 acres, the Three Rivers WMA is a privately owned, State hunting lease for permitted access and contains hundreds of miles of offroad trails. Not only can you explore and hunt your private 152 acres, you also have 200,000 acres at your doorstep.

The East Fork of the Glover River is the last River in Oklahoma that is free flowing and is home to various species of game animals, birds and wildlife and is known for Smallmouth Bass, Spotted Bass, Largemouth Bass, Crappie, Shadow Bass, Sunfish and Catfish.

FUTURE USES

The ranch is currently used for personal family compound, cabin rental and could easily expand to accommodate more homesites for rental or larger family occupancy. The ranch is only 20 miles North of Broken Bow Lake and Hochatown. Hochatown comprises of a large cabin rental economy and has recreation, casino and wildlife pursuits.
