Iron Ore Lake Tract 2

This small tract in rural Northeast Texas has 0.3 miles of paved county road frontage and attractive rolling hills. Its located between Linden and Jefferson. Driving directions beginning at the intersection of Hwy 59 and Hwy 155 in Linden. Travel south for 8 miles and turn left/east onto FM 2683 and travel east for 2 miles. Turn right/north onto CR 1764 and continue north for 1.5 miles. Turn right/east onto CR 1765 and continue for 1.5 miles. Turn left/north onto CR 1763 and continue north for 1 mile. The tract is on the right/east side of CR 1763.
