Island Flats Tract

Island Flats Tract is located in Colleton County and has frontage on Island Flats Lane and Lighthouse Lane. It is a short one hour drive to Beaufort and only one hour and twenty minutes from Charleston. Its location allows for a scenic view of the Ashepoo River and there is a boat landing just of a mile away. The tract has 1,000+/- feet of frontage on the marsh and boasts a one acre pond.

The majority of the tract is highland. The propertys wooded acreage and seclusion make it an excellent hunting tract. There is an established dove field that has the potential to become a waterfowl impoundment site.

Power to the tract is available and a septic system is already in place.
