This beautiful vineyard and estate winery sits on a private hilltop with sweeping valley views. It is located in the McMinnville AVA within the Willamette Valley AVA. The vineyard was planted from 2008 - 2012 encompassing 11+/- acres. It includes 6+/-acres of Pinot Noir (828,115,777,667, Pommard and Wadenswil) 2+/-acres of Chardonnay (76 and 95) and 1 acre each of Pinot Gris and Riesling all on grafted rootstock. This site is prime for vineyard expansion with 50+/-acres of ready-to-plant land. This site offers a complete package with a 3760 sq ft winery building that has a current 4,500 case capacity and room for expansion, 1750 sq ft tasting room.
