The Jackson Hill Ranch is comprised of 2,131 acres located just south of Reagan, Texas along Highway 6 approximately halfway between Waco and Bryan/College Station. Improvements consist of a ranch manager house and 3,000 square foot equipment shed. There are two large sets of working cattle pens on both sides of the ranch. The property can be accessed from either Highway 6, CR 254 or CR 256 and the property has good ranch roads crossing throughout the property. The north and south sides of the property are made up of typical Central Texas rolling terrain with scattered pockets of trees and ponds. The middle portion of the ranch is fertile bottomland situated around two water sources being the Little Brazos River and Copperas Creek, which both flow in an east to west direction across the middle of the ranch.
