This is a family owned property that offers recreation and timber investment 30 minutes from downtown Mobile. The property consist of longleaf pine plantation across the majority of the tract with some hardwoods along the clear running Puppy Creek. The longleaf plantation was established in November of 2007 using containerized seedlings and today you will find a well-stocked eight year old plantation. Mineral rights are not part of this offering.
