Junction City Irrigated Farm

A very productive bottom ground farm. The farms are located across the road from each other in 2 tracts. Excellent river bottom land. The north tract has a total of 176 acres with 130 acres of pivot irrigated land and 44 acres of dry land crop ground. The south tract includes 114 acres with 85 acres under pivot and 24 acres dry land crop ground with the balance in trees. The pivots are a 1994 and 1998 T&L run with natural gas and electric pumps. The irrigation motor is a 1993 Chevi 454. The production on this farm is very good and the land has been well taken care of. The current owner would like to rent the land and continue to farm it, if agreeable to the buyer.
