Junipeer Mt

A very unique property owned by the same family since 1950. juniper as it is known to the Seely family historically been used as a stopping place for the thousands of sheep they owned, in the spring on the trail from the winter ground in UT they would stop at Juniper and lamb then continue to summer in the mountains on the South Fork of the Williams Fork and in the fall trailing from summer to the winter country they would spend some time at Juniper to graze and let the sheep rest.

This property is very private with the only accesses being across private lands, there are cedar trees and big open draws filled with native grasses and sage, Mule Deer, Elk, and some Antelope reside here when hunting became a viable option for the ranchers in the area, the owners began selling guided hunts with great success for Mule Deer and Elk.
