"Keeney Meadows 160."
This rare, flat, square 160-acre meadow is located in the middle of the Malheur Natl Forest, surrounded by nothing but FS lands for at least five miles in all directions! Fully fenced, the grazing rights to this surprising sub irrigated pasture produce $2,200 of work-free lease income per year. There is an island of raised rock near the northwest entrance that begs to have your cabin built or your RV parked on it. Great hunting! You will be eligible for two Landowner Preference tags for deer and elk in the Northside Unit. Hunt not only your 160 private acres, but also the endless miles of adjacent Forest Service lands as well. The property is easily accessed from Highway 395 by a good quality Forest Service road that connects at the western boundary of the property.
