Parcels 1A, 1B & 1C are the headquartes parcels to the Keith County Ranch Auction being held in December 10, 2019. The complete ranch is 6,572+/- acres located in southwestern Nebraska's Keith County. The property will be offered in 13 Parcels and this is information on the headquarters.
Parcel 1A of the Keith County Ranch Auction is the building site for the headquarters. This property has very good access off of Road East 80 and can be purchased as a separate parcel or combined with other parcels at the auction.
The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom brick home has had many updates in the last few years, including windows, roof and trim. There is a detached garage in the fenced yard.

This parcel includes a set of steel and wood working pens and loading chute. The hydraulic chute belongs to the tenant and will be removed from the parcel prior to closing. There are some weaning pens and feeding pens.
The set of grain bins located to the west of the house will be attached to Parcel 2 the pivot parcel.

This parcel does include two stock water sites which are serviced by a pipeline from the well at the building site in Parcel 1A. Should this parcel sell separately the Buyer will be responsible for stock water after closing either by drilling a new well or working with the Buyer of Parcel 1A.
There is no fence on the north side of this parcel that borders Parcel 1(A). It does have a barb wire fence through the middle of it. The parcel lays nearly level with a slight drain in the middle to the south.
Parcel 1C of the Keith County Ranch Auction is a quarter section of grass pasture and hay land located to the east of the building site Parcel 1A. This parcel can be purchase by itself or be combined with other parcels to make a large headquarters site.
This parcel does include one stock water site which is serviced by pipeline from the well at he building site in Parcel 1A. Should this parcel sell separately the Buyer will be responsible for stock water after closing either by drilling a new well or working with the Buyer of Parcel 1A.
