The barn has two overhangs measuring 24x 40 (north) and 40x40 (south).

Wildlife:

The Caprock Ranch has a diverse population of wildlife including 750 acres under high fence with 400"-250" whitetail genetics, 180"-150" Mule Deer, Red Deer(700" Genetics), Blue quail, Bobwhite Quail, Dove, Waterfowl and Some Turkeys.

The low fenced area on the ranch offers hunters the opportunity to harvest native whitetail, mule deer, Auodad, various varmints and feral hogs.

Topography:

The Caprock ranch is located just off the cap near the town of Crosbyton TX and has over 7 miles of Caprock escarpments along the perimeter of the ranch. The views from all sides of the ranch are simply stunning offering beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

The ranch is roughly 15 miles from White River lake and around 10 miles from Crosbyton TX.
