34+ acres of rolling wooded hunting / recreational land located on a paved road about a mile and a half southeast of Caro. The land is a combination of both high and low ground. The forest is a mix of rolling hardwood ridges, valleys of thick softwoods, and brushy low ground that follows along the 1200 or so feet of creek frontage. Sucker Creek winds its way across the entire property from southeast to northwest. The creek is located approximately 300 or so feet from the road. Currently there isn't a bridge over the creek. Access to the back half of the property is by wading across the creek, so bring along some waterproof boots. The creek provides a good water source for the wildlife using the property including whitetail deer, wild turkey, and small game. The creek is also a tributary of the Cass River, and it supports a fishable population of bass, pike, and rock bass.
