Real Estate: 10% down (non-refundable deposit) on sale day with the balance due on or before February 28, 2020. Possession w/ delivery of deed at closing, 2020 Real Estate taxes will be prorated at closing. Property is being sold As Is and is subject to all easements and leases, recorded and unrecorded.
