The majority of the ranch is covered with an excellent variety of native brush and large hardwood trees such as Live Oaks, Post Oaks, Blackjacks and Bull Mesquites. Stancel Creek crosses through the lower portion of the ranch providing ideal cover for wildlife along with an ample water shed to the 3 acre bass lake. There are two large food plots and about 18 +/- acres of open country which provides excellent loafing area for game and great opportunities for bird hunting.

The main feature on the ranch would have to be the 3 +/- acre bass lake. The lake provides excellent fishing along with great waterfowl hunting and according to the owner, incredible dove hunting.
