Contributing to this farms appeal is its location at the end of a county road. Where the road stops is where you enter the driveway. Immediately upon entering the well maintained property, you'll come to the first of two homes. The rock house was recently completely remodeled and is perfectly suited to the feel of the farm. It's currently on well water but city water is available, the stove top, hot water heater and heat are all gas, but you can turn the gas heat off and heat with the fireplace or the wood furnace located in the garage. It's got good storage space and even an enclosed back porch currently used as a sewing room.

The second home is newer and very nice inside, featuring a large kitchen and open living space as well as a big master suite and closet. It even has a backup generator if the power goes out.

Piney Creek is a notable feature of this property flowing for a mile across the wooded eastern side. It has access points, bluffs providing a view, deeper pools and noisy shoals. A trail parallels most of the creek providing an ATV or side by side travel route.
