Leon River Farm

This Leon River farm is a beautiful farm currently being used to run cattle on. The bottom half of the farm is currently in coastal Bermuda and has a very nice Pecan bottom with huge native Pecan trees and borders the Leon River. The top half of the farm is cultivated land and is planted in grain. There is a good domestic water well and the owner will transfer 24 ace feet of water rights from the river. This area also supports several irrigation wells, so the potential for irrigation is very good. There is a small trap in the middle with a set of pens for working cattle. The property has an older mobile home on it that is currently rented. This is a very productive farm with sandy to sandy loam soil and has very nice building sites overlooking the river bottom with views of the hills in the distance.
