The land will be offered in eight individual tracts, including irrigated and dryland farms, as well as a building site and future building site areas. The live, public auction will take place on Friday, January 30th, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Par 4 Resort in Waupaca, Wisconsin.

The auction will be sold through the "Buyer's Choice Auction Method" as eight tracts on a price-per-acre basis. The high bidder may take, in any order, any or all tracts for their high bid. "Buyer's Choice" auctioning will continue until all tracts have been purchased and removed from the auction. Tracts will not be offered in their entirety at the conclusion of the auction. The live auction will be available for viewing and bidding through our mobile bidding app for those who are unable to attend in person.

From Waupaca, Wisconsin: Travel North on WI-49 for 8.50 miles, continue straight onto County Road B, turn right onto County Road G, and continue for 1.75 miles, turn left onto Bestul Road, and travel for one mile to Rosholt Road. Tract two will be located and the northwest corner of the intersection.

About Adam Crist
Adam Crist is a land broker and shareholder of Peoples Company, an industry leading firm that focuses on land brokerage & auctions, land management, land investing, energy management, and appraisals throughout the nation. Since joining the company in 2020, Adam has become a versatile member of the cohesive team, assisting in large projects throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. Adams primary focus is to facilitate land transactions and land investments by representing landowners to assist in the acquisition or disposition of farm and land assets through traditional listings and a variety of land auction formats. Adam is an integral part of the growth at Peoples Companys with the opening of a remote office in Mineral Point, Wisconsin. Adam has embraced the collaborative culture of the company and serves as a mentor to new agents. Hes been recognized as a top producer by Peoples Company and the brokerage industry with sales for the three most recent years totaling over 25,000 acres with a market value of $250 million dollars. Most recently, Adam earned the coveted Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. Adam is well versed in all types of land transactions from income producing farmland to recreational properties and is focused on land auctions, public and private listings, and land investment opportunities throughout the Midwest. Adam grew up on a farm in southwest Wisconsin in the town of Darlington. He helped managed the family farm which consisted of over 2,000 acres of row crops and over 350 head of Black Angus cattle. This experience has made Adam extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the agriculture industry. He currently resides in Mineral Point with his wife, Jora, and their three children.
