The main house is over 5,000 sq ft that features 3 bedrooms that have bedding to sleep up to ten along with a huge gathering room that could sleep so many more. When you walk through the tastefully decorated entrance you will see a full kitchen with copper farm sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and all you need to take care of your guests. The large gathering room has floor to ceiling windows that overlook Lake Whitney. There is a wet bar and game space that features ping pong, shuffleboard, a pool table, electronic darts, everything you need to stay entertained while inside. The gathering space also features a massive wood burning rock fireplace to cozy up to. The bedrooms in the main house features two private bedrooms with bathrooms and another room with three beds. There is another house that also has its own private bedroom and bath. The third house features a common kitchen gathering space and two bedrooms each with there own separate entries and bedding for up to 8 people per room.

Outside there is an outdoor kitchen with a built in smoker, wet bar with refrigerator and covered built in seating for over 70 people and a large party deck that looks directly at the lake. All the porches are covered and run the length of all the properties, a peaceful veranda and a little further away on the property is another wood burning fireplace with rock seating.

There is also a workshop with electricity and roll top doors for added storage space.

A walk through gate on the property gives you direct access to the water.
