The Long 186 tract is a timberland tract located in Anson County, NC just north of the town of Lilesville, NC. It consists of two parcels that total 186.6 acres. Approximately 119 acres of the tract is comprised of 15 year old natural loblolly that is almost ready for a first thinning. Hardwood drainages comprise approximately 41 acres of the property and provide excellent hunting and recreational opportunities. A large powerline easement disects the north eastern portion of the property. Smith creek comprises the entire southern boundary. Deer, turkey and wild hogs can be found on the property.
