If you have vision, maybe you could clean-up/fix up the little building to restore it to the great weekend fishing cabin it used to be? The well and septic haven't been used for many years. There's no heat or air. The building needs work and adds no value. The deck and piers are unsafe to step on. Maybe have it all bulldozed off to put up what you what - it is an unrestricted neighborhood. Parcel is being sold for land value only and for less than its land tax value.
