Lucky Two Ranch

The Lucky Two Ranch totals over 232 acres, and includes a well-maintained owners home, shop, and large metal hay shed.

Approximately 115 acres of the ranch are irrigated with a mix of pivot, wheel lines, and hand line systems, which are supplied by 130 shares of Portneuf-Marsh Valley Canal Co shares, as well as Idaho water right #29-14311 from a spring on the property. Most of the water is gravity pressurized, creating tremendous operational efficiencies, and the irrigated farmlands soils are very productive for growing high-yielding alfalfa or a variety of other crops.
