Marion Farm

The Marion Farm is located just outside of Marion, Tx and just minutes from Seguin and New Braunfels, and under 30 minutes from downtown San Antonio. This property features over 1,200 of Santa Clara Creek allowing for great water features as well as multiple income producing hay fields. It is the perfect recreational cattle and hunting ranch close to the city!

Wildlife

An abundance of white-tailed deer and hogs can be seen throughout the 100 acres. Some great deer have been harvested in years past. The landowner has supplied us with multiple pictures we can share upon request! The dove hunting has also been great in seasons past.

Water

The farm has city water for the houses as well as an old hand dug well used to keep a water trough full. There are multiple ponds throughout the property as well as areas where Santa Clara Creek holds water.
