Matheny Tract

The Matheny Tract offers a rural retreat and timberland investment property less than 3 miles east of the Kanawha River in Mason County, West Virginia. The tract is located within an hours drive of both Parkersburg and Charleston and less than 20 minutes off of I-77.

Historically, the tract has been managed for timber production. The acreage consists of a mixture of planted pines and natural hardwood, offering a recreational habitat for both deer and turkey. In addition, future cash flow from timber harvesting is a possibility.
