Mayfield Creek East Tract is located less than 5 miles from downtown Wickliffe and less than 7 miles from the Wickliffe paper mill which is set to reopen by the years end.

The tract consists primarily of hardwoods of various ages. Hardwood plantations consists of Ash, Cottonwood, and Oaks. Mayfield Creek crossing through the property adds an advantage to the already prime deer and turkey hunting habitat. There is also the opportunity to develop this tract into a duck hunting property.
