McFee 2 Tract

Sitting along State Route 5, just across the road from the Little Kanawha River, is the 81-acre McFee 2 Tract. This property is composed mostly of mature hardwood with excellent areas for hunting, hiking, and enjoying the river views. Access off State Route 5 would need to be constructed. There is not currently any interior roads on the tract and the property is suitable for walking only at this time. However, with a little work and time, a road can be constructed off the highway and a cabin/house site can be picked out on top of the ridge, overlooking the Little Kanawha River. This property would be an excellent hunting tract as well as a really nice homestead. The timber is merchantable and could be harvested to help offset construction costs.
