McIntosh Ridge Retreat

Located just under an hour drive from downtown Atlanta and less than a mile north of the Chattahoochee River lies McIntosh Ridge Retreat. Only a mile south of Highway 5 East McIntosh Circle leads through the gated entrance to the established road network through the property. The rolling topography consists primary of thinned pines with mature hardwoods crossing through the tract and running along the western and southern boundaries. These thinned pines and mature hardwood offer prime deer and turkey habitat. A hilltop clearing surrounded by rock outcroppings offers one of multiple potential homesites around the property.
