Monster buck mecca. There is little doubt of the quality of deer that roam this property. The opening trail cam pic was taken on this property in 2017 and the buck was killed in 2018 two miles south (scored 197”). Everyone knows one of the main ingredients to big bucks is age which means the property must have limited hunting pressure and/or strictly managed. This property is very secluded at the back of a dead-end road with a 7K ranch on the east and hundreds of acres to the west with extremely limited access. There is an area on the NE corner that has been cleared for a small cabin or travel trailer with electricity available. There have been two 1 acre food plots recently cleared along with multiple shooting lanes. It comes with three custom 850lb combo gravity/spin cast feeders, two 300 lb feeders, five ladder stands and one hard shell ground blind. The property is 1.5 miles long East and West and has about a ¼ mile of frontage on the backwaters of Eufaula Lake creating fantastic views. I purchased this property solely for hunting, but my daughters think it is just too far of a drive so going to buy something closer.
