Montgomery County Tax Claim Bureau - Judicial Sale, PA

The Montgomery County Tax Claim Bureau will hold a Judicial Sale under the Pennsylvania Real Estate Tax Law of 1947, as amended, commencing 10:00 A. M. on August 8th, 2024.

The 2024 Judicial Sale will be held virtually as an online auction thru GovDeals, with 12 properties being offered for auction.

These properties will be sold Free & Clear of all tax and municipal claims, mortgages, liens, charges and estates of whatsoever kind, except ground rents separately taxed.
