Natomas Basin Rice

This property is in the path of northward growth for Sacramento. A

portion of the farm is inside of the Sutter Pointe Specific Plan and is

located in the South Employment Village. The balance of the farm would

be a great candidate for mitigation or conservation practices. The soils are made up of Capay Clay, Clear Lake Clay, Marcum Clay

Loam and San Joaquin Sandy Loams. The farm is currently being farmed to rice.
