The three lots are at the intersection of George Smith and Magpie. One lot fronts solely on George Smith, one has frontage on both George Smith and Magpie and the third lot fronts solely on Magpie. These are hillside lots that rise up from the road frontage. The George Smith lot has been improved with a well (with pump), a drive and two very large pads.
